Our Wildlife Rehabilitation program is 100% interactive in our wildlife hospital. This program teaches youth the daily responsibilities of working at a wildlife rehabilitation center. Taught by wildlife experts, youth will learn how to prepare nutrition, observe physical exams, learn about medical care, build enrichment items, species specific husbandry, wildlife disease and much much more.

Youth will take an active role in the environment assessment of release sites for those animals who have completed their stay at the center and are ready to go home to the WILD.

Everyday is different as we never know which animals will be dropped off at the center for care.

If your teen as a passion for animal welfare or interested in a career working with animals, they will love this camp! You never know it may lead to a summer position.
